Using AI to Lower cost and increase efficiency in the embroidery value chain.
The arrival of AI and massive compute heralds a fork in the road in the embroidery value chain. Trained models will be able to convert bitmap images into stitch files in seconds at virtually zero cost. The software will then be able to send the stitch files directly to the available machine closest to where the customer is. This efficiency will drive down costs in the embroidery industry.
Value Proposition
Historically, creation of stitch files for machine embroidery required a person skilled in the use of expensive embroidery software to manually create the file. This involved several steps and represents an input cost into the machine embroidery process. No alternative has been discovered to date. AI has not been applied to this problem until now, with the arrival of embroidzilla
